This Privacy Policy explains how Sniff London collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit sniff-london.com. We are based in Köln, Germany and operate under GDPR.

Email address and name — collected when you submit your Seduction Profile, Compatibility Match, Commission Waitlist, Tour Notify or Drop List forms. Used to send readings, event notifications, and drop alerts. Legal basis: consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).
Order and payment data — collected when you place an order. Used to fulfil purchases. Legal basis: contract performance (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Payment data is handled by Shopify Payments and never stored by us.
Analytics data — collected via cookies if you accept them. Used to understand site usage. Legal basis: consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).
3. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for the shop to function, and analytics cookies with your consent. Accept or decline using the banner on first visit. Withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser local storage.
4. Third Parties
We use Shopify Inc. as our ecommerce platform. Shopify processes data under a GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreement. We do not sell your data to any third party.

Order and customer records are retained for 7 years per German commercial law (HGB §257). Email subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion at any time.

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, port, or object to processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email info@sniff.london.com to exercise any right. We respond within 30 days.
