Refund policy

Because our products are perfume and oil rollers that come into direct contact with the skin, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for reasons of hygiene and safety. All sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@sniff-london.com so we can review the issue and make it right. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our products, all personal care items are non-returnable once shipped. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to sealed personal care products that are not suitable for return once opened. Since our perfume and oil rollers are considered personal care items, they are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
